You can set up your own WiFi network with your Android smartphone. If you want to access the internet via your devices and there is no WiFi network available, you can set up a WiFi hotspot with your Android smartphone. You can then let up to five other devices use your mobile internet.
Of course you don't create a WiFi hotspot to let the entire neighborhood surf the web via your subscription. You can therefore also set your own SSID and attach a password to it. Set up wireless connection
Search your smartphone for Institutions. Then select Connections and choose your More networks. Here you see the option Tethering and portable hotspot to stand. Press this and you can access Portable Wi-Fi hotspot create a wifi hotspot. First click on the name and press Configure. Here you can enter an SSID (username) and password. When you're done, press Save.
Create a password that only you can know the answer to.
Permitted Devices
At the top you will see the name of your newly configured network connection. Below is indicated who you allow to use the WiFi hotspot. By pressing the name of your connection, you can choose whether you All devices or Only allowed devices want to connect. Of All devices can anyone on your connection if they can enter the corresponding password.

With the devices you choose, you can connect devices via bluetooth or add them by going to Allowed apps go to the bottom left of your screen, then click + at the top right of your screen and then enter the device name and MAC address. You turn the connection on and off by pressing the switch at Portable Wi-Fi hotspot to put.
