How does Tinder work?
You can use Tinder through your Facebook account. Tinder uses the information from your Facebook profile, including your age, friends and shared interests. If you have both liked Computer!Totaal on Facebook, this will be visible. This also applies to friendships, only if you have no mutual friends, the friends are not visible to your admirer. It is also possible to create an account with a mobile number.
Once you have created an account, the app will immediately start looking for possible matches in your area. This is done by means of GPS.
You can now immediately start checking your possible matches, or first adjust your profile and app settings. Tap the Tinder logo in the app for options.
Edit profile
By pressing profile, you can see how other people see you on Tinder. Not quite to your liking? Click at the top right to go to the settings. Here you can adjust the gender settings, choose photos and write a piece about yourself.

To adjust your search results, go to app settings. Here you can indicate whether you are looking for men or women, in which age category and within what distance. You also have the option to delete your account here.
Time to match
Everything set up the way you want? Then you can start judging! Click on the person to see his/her interests, open more photos and discover the mutual friends. Swipe left to decline, swipe right to approve. If this person also liked you, Bingo! You have a match and can start talking.
