More than ten sticker packs are already offered in Whatsapp as standard, which you can download directly, but if you want more stickers, you need separate apps for that. You download these apps from the Google Play Store or the Apple Store on your mobile or tablets and then you can import the stickers to Whatsapp within the applications. It doesn't hurt to make a selection: there are many sticker apps and many of them require you to go through commercials before you can import the stickers.
